Rooted in Heritage & Family Values Mr. J.P. Bansal’s journey is deeply inspired by his father, Mr. Ram Ji Lal Chaudhary. As a respected town head, his father was known for his wisdom, leadership, and community decisions. This impactful role earned their family the honorary title of Chaudhary.
Preserving this proud family heritage, Mr. J.P. Bansal is also widely known as Jagdish Prasad Chaudhary. To honor this legacy of leadership, warmth, and respect, we created our official brand mascot: Chokha Chaudhary—the friendly face of our dhaba who ensures every guest feels like royalty.
